RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns (if applicable)
At HECEF, we hope you are satisfied with your purchase.
All products of HECEF(www.hecef.com) are delivered to your door in the United Kingdom, United States (EXCEPT Hawaii & Alaska) and the European Union Countries, and thus they should be only returned in the the same shipping country/region.
If an item isn't the perfect match, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of delivery* in the original condition and packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
If the item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will not charge you for the shipping costs.
If you request cancellation on your order after shipment, you will be charged 15% for restocking service. If you have received the item and want a return, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. In this case, shipping costs are non-refundable.
The return cost may vary and depends on your address and the package weight or volume. If you are returning more than one item, the return fee is based on the original package quantities of the products.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Consumer shall assume all risk of loss or damage to the item while in transit to our warehouse. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your returning product to reach us, may vary.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To return your product, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org for instructions on how to mail your product to us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an notification email that we have received your returned item and also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund after quality inspection.
If approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within a certain amount of days (normally 3-7 working days).
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Gifts (if applicable)
If you purchase one item and get another for free, the gift is non-refundable.
If the item was bought as a gift when purchased but NOT shipped directly to you, eg. the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
